A LITTLE ABOUT ME
Kathleen joined X5 in 2024 after a successful career in retail banking and five years as a Loan Originator. As a member of the Fulfillment Team, she brings that experience to every loan she manages, taking the lead once a transaction is underway and coordinating the many people and moving pieces needed to get borrowers to the closing table. She believes a great mortgage experience comes down to anticipating what’s needed, communicating clearly, and never losing sight of the people at the center of the transaction.
Kathleen lives in Kittery, Maine, with her husband, Josh, their daughters, Lucy and Felicity, and their chocolate Lab, Stella. Outside of work, she enjoys staying active, spending time at the beach or lake, and keeping up with her girls’ busy schedules. She also serves as Secretary and 2027 President-Elect of the Kittery Community Center Board of Directors.
