A LITTLE ABOUT ME

I became a loan originator in 2016, at 23 years old, and learned the mortgage industry: one client, one realtor, one closing at a time. I worked my way up to branch manager and started building a team, and that’s where I hit a wall. At someone else’s company, I couldn’t build the team, or the client experience, that I knew was possible. So in January 2020, I launched X5 Home Loans. The name stands for the five things I believe every client deserves: communication, availability, speed, simplicity, and guidance.

Six years in, what makes me proudest is the team. We’ve built a group of great people who work hard together, genuinely care about the people we serve, and help more than 250 families a year make one of the biggest financial decisions of their lives. The results are public: more than half a billion in home financing and 650-plus five-star Google reviews from clients who took the time to tell us what the experience meant to them. The realtors we partner with will tell you the same story.

And we’re not satisfied. As good as we are today, I believe getting a mortgage should be substantially faster, easier, simpler, more convenient, and honestly, more fun. That’s the standard we chase every day.

Outside the office, I’m a happily married dad of two young kids, and family is my biggest focus. You may find me getting overly competitive at ping pong or pickleball, or spending summer days with the whole crew at my dad’s place on Lake Opechee.
