Matan is the Head of Operations at X5, where he’s focused on scaling the company so it can help as many clients as possible without ever losing the high level of service X5 is known for. A three-time founder with a background in performance psychology and operations, he knows what it takes to build teams and systems that perform as they grow. Outside of work, you’ll find Matan surfing year-round or off on any adventure with his golden retriever, Athena.
